Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor & Procurement Officer to oversee procurement activities and manage project cost control.
The ideal candidate will ensure value-for-money sourcing of goods and services while supporting effective project delivery through strong quantity surveying expertise.
Job Description
Source and manage suppliers, negotiate pricing, and oversee procurement processes
Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and maintain procurement documentation
Coordinate with project and warehouse teams regarding material requirements
Prepare budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates
Monitor project costs and manage variations
Value completed works and support contract administration
Conduct site visits and prepare cost and financial reports
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in procurement or quantity surveying
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement tools
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
