1. Account Officer
The Account Officer will be responsible for handling bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ledger administration. This role ensures financial accuracy and supports the company’s accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping activities, reconciliations, journals, and nominal ledger updates.
- Process cashbook transactions and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage company receivables to minimize outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets to ensure proper valuation and safeguarding.
- Compute direct expenses and ensure proper booking of all expenditures.
- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
- Manage invoices for truck-related activities.
- Prepare end-of-year performance reports and periodic financial statements.
- Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA, etc.) are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in Finance, Treasury, or Accounting roles.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
2.Real Estate Executive / Facility Supervisor (Non-Fuel Revenue Executive)
The Real Estate Executive will develop and implement strategies to optimize Rainoil’s non-fuel revenue streams, focusing on diversification and long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute business development strategies for non-fuel ventures.
- Conduct financial analysis and performance reviews of revenue streams.
- Manage client relationships and partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies in facility supervision.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Social Sciences or related fields.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Non-Fuel Revenue Executive in a similar organization.
- Strong background in business development, financial analysis, and relationship management.
