Job Description
Zila Construction Limited is looking for a results-driven Real Estate Marketer to promote and sell residential properties across Nigeria.
Key responsibilities include:
- Marketing residential properties to prospective buyers
- Generating and managing leads through digital and offline channels
- Conducting property inspections and client viewings
- Negotiating sales and closing property deals
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Staying updated on market trends and property values
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in real estate marketing, especially residential properties in Nigeria
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Good knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market and regulations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
