Job Description

Stresert Services Limited is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will represent the organization professionally while managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication flow within the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate departments or staff.
  • Notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.
  • Manage telephone calls and basic communication duties.
  • Maintain office security and visitor records.
  • Support general administrative and front desk operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • OND in Mass Communication or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a receptionist or similar role.
  • Age range: 22 – 30 years.
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional attitude and ability to handle pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
