The successful candidate will serve as the primary in-office contact for walk-in customers, manage shipment notifications, verify package pickups, and ensure accurate documentation.
This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and strict attention to security procedures to maintain smooth and secure operations.
Job Description
Notify customers promptly when shipments arrive via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email
Receive and assist walk-in customers
Verify identity and documentation before releasing packages
Maintain accurate records of notifications and pickups
Coordinate with internal teams on deliveries, holds, or special instructions
Manage phone lines and correspondence
Ensure the front desk remains organized and professional
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing or front-desk role (logistics/retail experience preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email usage)
High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to follow security and identification verification procedures
