Job Description

Chicken Republic is seeking a skilled Recruitment Associate to support its HR function by sourcing top talent, coordinating recruitment workflows, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and labour regulations. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure efficient onboarding for new hires across business divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for all vacancies within assigned divisions.
  • Ensure only qualified and credible candidates are hired at all times.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job postings, targeted campaigns, and referrals.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, background checks, medical tests, and onboarding documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports such as recruitment tracker, workforce planning, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Conduct pre-screening and share candidate recommendations with hiring managers.
  • Manage orientation programmes and support employee integration.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labour laws, company policies, and internal control processes.
  • Provide HR support that enhances employee performance and operational efficiency.
  • Perform other relevant HR tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BA/BSc/HND in Industrial Relations, Labour Studies, HRM, or related field.
  • Professional membership (CIPM or equivalent) is required.
  • 3–5 years experience in HR, preferably within retail or FMCG.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and talent-sourcing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to visit store locations when required.
