Job Description

Fidelity Bank is seeking a qualified and experienced Relationship Manager to join its Lagos team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing and growing client relationships while driving business performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Understanding customer financial needs and recommending suitable products
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
  • Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in banking, financial services, or a related sector
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability in sales, target achievement, and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must currently be working in a similar role within a commercial bank
  • Applicant should be at ABO–AM level in a commercial bank
