Job Description
Fidelity Bank is seeking a qualified and experienced Relationship Manager to join its Lagos team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing and growing client relationships while driving business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Achieving sales and revenue targets
- Understanding customer financial needs and recommending suitable products
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field
- Proven experience in banking, financial services, or a related sector
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability in sales, target achievement, and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must currently be working in a similar role within a commercial bank
- Applicant should be at ABO–AM level in a commercial bank
