Job Description
Tatum Bank is seeking experienced and customer-focused Relationship Officers to join its team in Port Harcourt. The successful candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, driving deposit growth, promoting banking products, and contributing to the bank’s business expansion objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and increase the branch’s deposit portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services.
- Support lending activities and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Participate in sales campaigns and community marketing activities.
- Achieve assigned business goals and performance targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.A.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in:
- Retail Banking
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Relationship Management
