Job Description

Odixcity Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations, manage communication workflows, and ensure smooth coordination across internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to emails and manage internal/external communication
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and calendars using digital tools
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain records, files, and ensure database accuracy
  • Track project timelines, tasks, and deadlines while collaborating with team members
  • Manage budgets and expenses; prepare financial and administrative reports
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and share updates with relevant teams
  • Support onboarding activities and organize virtual team-building events

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years proven administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Familiarity with CRM or database systems
  • Previous remote work experience is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
