Job Description

Applications are currently invited from suitably qualified candidates for the role of Customer Experience Specialist at Clipboard Health.

This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates across Africa, Central & South America, and the Caribbean. Successful candidates will support healthcare professionals using the Clipboard platform by resolving operational and customer-related issues across chat, email, and voice channels.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience handling customer support operations in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Delivering customer support through chat, email, and voice channels
  • Resolving issues related to onboarding, payments, scheduling, and platform usage
  • Investigating customer complaints using CRM tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and support records
  • Assisting new users during onboarding and platform setup
  • Identifying recurring operational issues and suggesting improvements
  • Escalating complex issues where necessary
  • Providing professional and empathetic customer interactions at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

Interested applicants should possess:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years customer support experience
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High-speed internet connection and a functional computer system
