Job Description
ScaleSource is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join its remote team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact point for clients, ensuring satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and supporting the sales process by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages professionally.
