1. Head of Customer Success

Jibble is seeking a strategic and experienced professional to lead its Customer Success operations. The successful candidate will drive customer retention, expansion revenue, and customer engagement while implementing scalable and AI-powered customer success processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer retention and expansion strategies.
  • Build scalable customer success systems and workflows.
  • Develop AI-powered customer engagement processes.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and reduce churn.
  • Conduct strategic account reviews and customer success mapping.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams.
  • Lead and mentor Customer Success Managers.

2. Senior Back-End Developer

Jibble is hiring an experienced Back-End Developer to contribute to the development of Jibble 2.0, built on .NET Core. The role involves developing integrations, improving product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve back-end product features.
  • Build API integrations with platforms like Gusto, Intercom, Zenefits, and Zapier.
  • Maintain code quality and meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and front-end developers.
  • Participate in product design discussions and technical planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial development experience.
  • Strong experience with .NET, C#, and .NET Core.
  • At least 2 years of SQL experience.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and EF Core.
  • Familiarity with RabbitMQ and AWS Cloud is an advantage.
  • Experience with OpenAPI standards.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Kanban development methodology.
  • Must be available within UTC to UTC+8 time zones.

  • Build and improve front-end features using Vue.js.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers.
  • Refactor and optimize existing code.
  • Write unit tests and technical documentation.
  • Review team code contributions.
  • Help improve user experience and interface implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial web development experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of Vue Composition API or Vue 3.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Experience with Material Design frameworks like Vuetify.
  • Ability to convert high-fidelity designs into responsive user interfaces.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Availability within UTC+8 time zones.
