Job Description
Available Positions
Adapty is currently recruiting for the following roles:
1. Marketing Designer (Campaigns)
Responsible for designing landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign visuals while optimizing conversion performance using user behavior insights and A/B testing.
2. Team Lead (Infrastructure)
Leads engineering infrastructure systems, improves system reliability, manages distributed teams, and supports scalable SaaS operations using modern cloud and backend technologies.
3. Product Lead (Builder)
Owns product strategy for monetization tools, paywalls, analytics, and AI-powered workflows while collaborating with engineering and growth teams to improve product performance.
4. Marketing Operations Manager
Oversees marketing workflows, lead routing, analytics validation, HubSpot systems, campaign tracking, and cross-team coordination to improve operational efficiency.
5. Product Manager, Analytics & Integrations
Manages analytics systems, A/B testing frameworks, integration pipelines, event tracking systems, and ensures product data is accurate, actionable, and scalable.
6. Travel Coordinator
Handles company-wide travel logistics including flights, accommodation, visa coordination, scheduling, vendor negotiation, and travel documentation tracking.
7. Senior User Acquisition Manager
Leads paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, manages budgets, analyzes performance data, and optimizes user growth strategies.
8. User Acquisition Team Lead
Leads a user acquisition team, manages multi-channel campaigns, improves targeting strategies, coordinates creative testing, and drives scalable growth systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant experience depending on role (entry-level to senior positions available)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with digital tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, CRM platforms, or marketing tools (role-dependent)
- Degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred in most roles)
