Job Description
1. HR Generalist
Description:
As HR Generalist, you will manage people operations, support team growth, and ensure smooth HR processes across M0’s distributed workforce.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong experience in HR management in a tech/startup environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
2. Move (Sui) Engineer
Description:
You will design and develop audit-ready smart contracts in Move for Sui, enhance existing DeFi products, maintain documentation, and collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers.
Requirements:
- Experience in smart contracts, token design, and DeFi protocols using Move (Sui).
- Previous technical role in a DeFi project.
- Knowledge of cross-chain protocols (Wormhole/Hyperlane) (nice to have).
- Experience with Solidity or Rust (Solana) (nice to have).
- Fluent in English.
3. Protocol Integration Engineer
Description:
You will work on enhancing $M Extensions projects, supporting partner teams, improving products, and creating technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong programming skills in smart contracts / full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience in DeFi projects and cross-chain protocols.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
4. Senior Protocol Engineer
Description:
You will design, develop, and maintain secure smart contracts in Solidity and/or Rust, optimize DeFi systems, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable blockchain solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in Solidity and/or Rust.
- Prior role in a DeFi project.
- Experience with cross-chain messaging protocols (Wormhole/Hyperlane) is an advantage.
- Proven ability to design secure, scalable blockchain protocols.
- Fluent in English.
