1. Backend Platform Engineer
Job Description:
Responsible for coding, architecting, and owning complex backend components. Work on customer onboarding, AI-driven process optimization, and scalable systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js (experience with Java/C# an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, structured logging, metrics).
- Experience in automation, AI integration, and scalable backend design.
- Team-oriented, curious, and focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
2. Engineering Manager, Platform
Job Description:
Lead QUO’s Core Engineering team, manage platform growth, mentor engineers, and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years in engineering management.
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, microservices).
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
- Proven ability to manage distributed/remote teams.

3. Frontend Engineer
Job Description:

4. iOS Engineer (Kotlin Multiplatform)

- Advanced skills in iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and KMP integration.
