1. Sales Caller (Outbound B2B Sales)
Responsibilities:
- Call businesses to pitch and sell services.
- Source new leads online and through social media.
- Follow up with warm leads.
- Create and refine sales scripts.
- Report weekly performance and meet KPIs.
Requirements:
- B.Sc degree with 3–5 years B2B sales/telesales experience.
- Fluent English (Western/neutral accent preferred).
- Previous experience with US/UK/Canada clients.
- Proven success with outbound sales.
- Must submit a 1-minute voice note introducing yourself and your experience.
2. TikTok Video Editor
Responsibilities:
- Create short-form TikTok videos (faceless).
- Use AI tools for voiceovers, subtitles, enhancements.
- Produce up to 10 videos daily.
- Optimize content for TikTok trends.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience editing TikTok/short-form content.
- Familiarity with tools like Hedra, HeyGen, CapCut.
- Creativity, speed, and trend awareness.
3. Virtual Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Proofread and edit content.
- Video editing (CapCut, InShot).
- Graphics design (Canva).
- Email management and reporting.
- Customer support and scheduling.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
- Strong English communication.

5. Registered Nurse – IV Drip Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Administer IV drips and monitor clients.
- Maintain sterile environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years IV/cannula experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior IV therapy/wellness clinic experience preferred.
6. In-House UGC Creator / Content Strategist
Responsibilities:
- Be the on-camera talent for content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn).
- Develop content ideas on jobs, careers, AI, and work culture.
- Script, film, and deliver 7–10 videos weekly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years content creation experience.
- Confident on-camera presence.
- Knowledge of Nigerian/African job market.
- Proficiency in CapCut, InShot a plus.
