Job Description
Eterna Plc is seeking qualified entry-level professionals to join its retail operations team. Successful candidates will oversee daily activities at assigned retail outlets, ensure seamless station performance, manage resources and personnel, and uphold all operational, safety, and compliance standards.
Available Roles:
- Retail Operations Manager
- Station Manager (Retail Outlet) – open to graduates who have completed NYSC only
Station Manager Locations:
- Umuoba, Anambra
- Emene, Enugu
- Oil Mill, Port Harcourt (PHC)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc
- 1–3 years relevant experience
- Strong integrity and professional ethics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and motivate teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
