Job Description
Peak Milk Nigeria is seeking a Reward Manager to deliver best-practice expertise in the activation of global reward strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing reward systems that attract, motivate, and retain employees, ensuring competitive and cost-effective compensation structures aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage reward strategies, policies, and tools to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Analyze and communicate reward trends and insights within the local market to guide compensation decisions.
- Support the consistent implementation of global reward frameworks across the cluster.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure effective integration of reward solutions with business objectives.
- Drive the alignment of pay structures and performance-based reward mechanisms with organizational strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR or Reward Management.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of local business operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Broad understanding of reward management principles, best practices, and local labor legislation.
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively across various levels.
- Experience implementing HR policies and reward processes.
- First degree in Social Sciences, Arts, or other relevant disciplines.
- MBA/MSc is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM are required.
