Job Description
Max Drive is seeking a Ride Testing Officer to join its operations team in Sango Ota. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting performance and safety tests on motorcycles and tricycles, ensuring compliance with road regulations, and evaluating drivers’ competencies before deployment.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to follow structured testing procedures efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 0–1 year experience in a similar role.
- Must understand the local dialect of the business territory.
- Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong administrative and numeric abilities.
- Ability to work methodically and complete assigned tasks on time.
- High interpersonal skills and strong concentration.
- Knowledge of highway codes, traffic, and road-use rules.
- Ability to give clear instructions and communicate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of vehicles.
- Must know how to ride both motorcycles and tricycles.
- Strong attention to detail.
