Job Description
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing outdoor channel-focused agents and vendors. The role involves generating leads, influencing order generation, achieving sales targets, and building long-term business relationships with partners and clients. This position is critical to expanding market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop outdoor sales channels, agents, and vendors.
- Drive revenue growth through lead generation and order influence.
- Achieve assigned sales KPIs.
- Serve as the first point of contact in the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Self-motivated with strong performance orientation.
- Excellent entrepreneurial and commercial awareness.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian FMCG market.
- Effective selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
