Job Description

We are seeking proactive Sales Executives who will identify and engage prospective customers, provide tailored insurance solutions, and contribute to sales growth. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and capable of building strong client relationships while supporting the overall business development goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new prospects and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, addressing objections and concerns professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve results.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the internal team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BSc or HND from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to build and manage a sales career and possibly lead a sales team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teachable, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Age range: 22–35 years (may vary).
