Job Description

The Sales Executive will support the company’s sales and business development activities by identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, preparing sales proposals, and promoting SIM’s technology solutions. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in technology sales within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT industry.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and client presentations alongside technical teams.
  • Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • Promote the company’s technology solutions to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Follow up on prospects to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversions.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
  • Previous IT sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong interest in technology and business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
  • Basic understanding of IT products and technology solutions is an added advantage.
