Job Description
CAIH Group is seeking a Sales Executive to support the growth of its Solar Home Solutions business in Lagos. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting solar energy products, and closing sales to drive company revenue.
The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales across multiple business segments to achieve and exceed company targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and site visits to acquire and manage client accounts.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and product presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to secure deals and ensure timely product delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales or a related role.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar position.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and close sales effectively.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
