Job Description
Cristal Hope Insurance Brokers is seeking a goal-driven and articulate Sales Executive (Insurance Broker) to drive business growth through client acquisition, excellent advisory support, and efficient management of insurance policies.
The role involves prospecting, closing high-premium insurance deals, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless policy documentation, claims processing, and renewals.
You will work closely with corporate organizations, individuals, and high-net-worth clients to expand the firm’s portfolio and revenue.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years proven sales experience in an insurance brokerage or insurance company.
- Professional certifications such as CIIN are an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-premium insurance deals.
- Strong understanding of life, health, property, corporate, and specialized insurance products.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to interact with HNWIs and corporate clients professionally.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian insurance regulations and compliance processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
