Job Description

BOGO Beverages is recruiting Sales Executives – Wholesales Open Market across multiple locations in Nigeria. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring product visibility, and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers in major open markets.

Available Locations:

  • Lagos
  • Ibadan (Agbeni Market)
  • Benin (Mission Road and Vegetable Market)
  • Abia (Aria Aria Market)
  • Delta (Main and Ibo Markets, Warri)
  • Anambra (Ochanja, Relief, Nnewi, Eke Ekwulobia Markets)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key distributors and retailers.
  • Ensure product availability and brand visibility across assigned markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate sales deals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
  • Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Execute brand activations and promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular performance and market feedback reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale open-market sales.
  • Must reside in and be familiar with the target market location.
  • Strong network of wholesalers and retailers in the assigned area.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
