Job Description
We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about driving business growth, building lasting client relationships, and executing creative strategies that convert interest into revenue.
Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline — from prospecting to deal closure.
Conduct engaging product demos, presentations, and pitches to HR leaders and business executives.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing & Brand Growth
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing).
Collaborate with the product team to create engaging sales collateral — landing pages, case studies, brochures, and video scripts.
Manage and grow KalHR’s digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and newsletters.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve ROI.
Customer Engagement
Nurture leads and build strong client relationships.
Gather feedback to refine product messaging and features.
Represent KalHR at events, webinars, and online communities

Qualifications & Requirements
2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferably in SaaS or B2B tech).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalents).
Creative and strategic thinker with strong storytelling ability.
Familiarity with HR tech or B2B SaaS is a plus.
