Job Description
As part of Mikano’s sales force, the Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and effectively representing the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Sell products and services using persuasive, customer-focused approaches.
- Present and sell to businesses, organizations, and government agencies.
- Build and manage client relationships with follow-ups and excellent service.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay knowledgeable about the company’s product portfolio to provide tailored solutions.
- Provide market feedback and intelligence to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience with results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a result-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with basic analytical ability.
- Self-motivated and thrives in target-driven environments.
