Job Description
Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell its range of medical products within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, expanding market share, and building strong client relationships in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Provide competitor analysis, customer feedback, and market intelligence to management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical sales standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 – 4 years’ proven experience in medical sales/marketing or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
