Job Description
We are seeking passionate and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our FMCG team in Asaba. The role involves driving product sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Promote FMCG products to new and existing clients
Monitor market trends and provide sales insights
Work with the team to achieve overall sales objectives
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be based in Asaba, Delta State
Previous FMCG sales experience (an advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
