Job Description
Sygnite Power and Energy Solutions Limited is seeking a Sales Support Intern (NYSC) to support daily sales operations across its Abuja and Lagos offices. The role involves assisting the sales team with customer engagement, data tracking, and operational support to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily sales operations and assist the sales team in achieving targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to streamline processes and workflows.
- Assist in managing CRM tools and sales documentation where required.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales unit.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports.
- Good customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales operations and business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in an on-site environment.
