Job Description
KloudOpp Limited is hiring an experienced Senior Community Manager to lead the growth, engagement, and performance of its digital communities. This is a fully remote role open to candidates globally, ideal for professionals with a strong background in managing large, highly engaged online communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and scale global digital communities across multiple platforms.
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive participation and retention.
- Moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, and maintain a positive culture.
- Create compelling content to stimulate conversations and community growth.
- Analyze community KPIs, engagement metrics, and user behavior trends to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align community initiatives with business goals.
- Identify advocates, ambassadors, and power users within the community.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven track record of building and managing global or highly engaged digital communities.
- Hands-on experience with community platforms such as Discord, Slack, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Discourse, or similar tools.
- Strong content creation, communication, and moderation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track community KPIs, and translate insights into action.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset.
