Job Description

Coca-Cola HBC Nigeria is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join its Finance team in Lagos. This strategic role involves driving financial performance, managing profitability, and supporting business growth within the Nigeria Region Franchise. The position requires strong analytical skills, commercial finance expertise, and the ability to build partnerships with bottlers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Nigeria Region P&L, providing comprehensive financial analysis and proactively managing risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners (bottlers) and customers at a local level.
  • Develop innovative value chains to support business case decisions.
  • Collaborate with bottlers to address local market challenges and align on business strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing and Franchise teams on Deductions From Revenue (DFR) and Direct Marketing Expense (DME) management.
  • Support business model optimization and margin management across the region.
  • Conduct scenario planning for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives to enhance pricing and portfolio strategies.
  • Provide revenue insights, project management analysis, and cash flow support.
  • Analyze working capital performance and drive cash management efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial finance, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • Expertise in project management, influencing senior stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data.
  • Experience managing P&L performance and delivering actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of bottler and customer economics, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
