Job Description
Provide strategic legal, corporate and commercial advice.
Draft and negotiate major infrastructure, concession, EPC, O&M, JV and finance contracts.
Support project development, financing and operations.
Handle corporate governance and Board/Management legal matters.
Manage litigation, arbitration, mediation and external counsel.
Ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
Manage licences, approvals and statutory requirements.
Conduct compliance risk assessments and mitigation.
Liaise with regulators, government agencies, investors and other stakeholders.
Support community and stakeholder relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and contract management.
Strong infrastructure/project finance knowledge.
Strong litigation and dispute-resolution skills.
Commercial awareness and ability to balance legal and business risks.
Excellent analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage complex transactions under tight deadlines.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
