Job Description
▪️ Supervise loan officers and ensure proper execution of their responsibilities
▪️ Build relationships with new loan clients and process loan applications
▪️ Analyze customers’ financial statements and provide insights on business performance
▪️ Achieve financial targets on loan disbursement and collections
▪️ Monitor loan repayments and respond to client inquiries
▪️ Participate in product awareness campaigns and marketing initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
First degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences related discipline
▪️ Minimum of 5 years practical experience in SME lending
▪️ Proven loan disbursement experience of ₦10 million and above
▪️ Strong understanding of the microfinance banking sector
▪️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and banking software
▪️ Ability to work independently and meet targets
