Job Description
Seplat Energy is inviting applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, a structured development initiative designed to build high-potential graduates into skilled professionals within the energy sector.

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Upper – 2:1) in Engineering or related Science discipline
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits including Mathematics and English (in one sitting)
- NYSC completion with discharge certificate or exemption letter
