Job Description

Seplat Energy is inviting applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, a structured development initiative designed to build high-potential graduates into skilled professionals within the energy sector.

The programme offers:

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Upper – 2:1) in Engineering or related Science discipline
  • Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits including Mathematics and English (in one sitting)
  • NYSC completion with discharge certificate or exemption letter

Core Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication (written and verbal)
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • High level of curiosity and adaptability
