Job Description
▪️ Recruit and onboard service providers onto the platform
▪️ Verify provider details and ensure smooth activation
▪️ Hire, train, and manage field agents
▪️ Track performance and ensure targets are met
▪️ Support on-ground activations and market rollouts
▪️ Serve as first-line support for providers and agents
Qualifications & Requirements
✔️ Experience in operations, onboarding, recruitment, or field management
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple workflows and meet targets
✔️ Comfortable working in a startup environment
✔️ Marketplace/platform experience is an added advantage
