Job Description
The Shafa Energy Graduate Trainee Programme 2025 is designed to equip young Nigerian graduates with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience required to excel in the oil and gas industry. Selected candidates will undergo hands-on training, mentorship, and career development, culminating in a post-training employment opportunity with competitive monthly pay.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Nigerian citizen with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or HND Upper Credit in:
- Engineering, Technology, and Applied Sciences
- Natural Sciences and Mathematics
- Business, Management, and Social Sciences
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Sciences (HSE)
- At least 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
- NYSC completion certificate or valid exemption letter.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Not older than 28 years at the time of application.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
