Job Description
The SIAT Group Graduate Trainee Programme is a one-year immersive development programme aimed at training young talents across multiple disciplines within the oil palm and edible oil industry.
The programme provides practical exposure, leadership development, and cross-functional training designed to prepare participants for strategic roles within the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be 26 years or younger (born in 2000 or after)
- Possess a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree (BSc, BEng, BTech or equivalent)
- Have completed National Service with discharge certificate
- Be computer literate
- Be in good physical health
- Be willing to live and work in remote rural areas

Training Locations
Trainees may be deployed to any of the following locations:
- Presco Plc – Edo State, Nigeria
- SIAT Nigeria Limited – Rivers State, Nigeria
- Ghana Oil Palm Development Company – Eastern Region, Ghana
- Saro Oil Palm – Edo State, Nigeria
