 1. Customer Service Representative

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing client communications, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle large volumes of phone calls and customer interactions
  • Generate sales leads and support conversion
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information
  • Resolve complaints and follow up for resolution
  • Meet performance and service targets
Requirements:
  • B.Sc./HND in any field
  • 5–7 years experience in customer service
  • Proficient in CRM tools and customer engagement practices
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities

 2. Sales Representative

Role Overview:

Drive the company’s sales efforts by prospecting, negotiating, and closing property deals while nurturing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify prospects through calls, networking, and referrals
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers
  • Close deals and negotiate pricing
  • Maintain post-sales support and customer relationships
  • Report sales performance and contribute to strategy
Requirements:
  • B.Sc./HND
  • 3–4 years sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

3. Sales / Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

Lead sales and marketing operations, implement strategic campaigns, and oversee client engagement to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage team performance, campaigns, and promotions
  • Lead negotiations and client relationship management
  • Analyze sales data and forecast growth opportunities
  • Supervise lead generation and marketing activities
Requirements:
  • B.Sc./HND
  • 3–5 years in a similar role
  • Leadership and data-driven marketing skills

4. Account Assistant

Role Overview:

Support the finance team in managing daily accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and reconcile payments
  • Assist in payroll, journal entries, and financial documentation
  • Monitor bank transactions and statements
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
Requirements:
  • NYSC members encouraged to apply
  • B.Sc./HND in Accounting or related field
  • 2 years experience preferred
  • Proficient in accounting tools and MS Excel
