Job Description
Zila Construction Limited is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer/Manager to expand its digital marketing efforts into podcasting, visual storytelling, and content creation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies
- Creating and managing content across podcasts, videos, and visual platforms
- Planning and maintaining content calendars aligned with campaigns
- Running and optimizing paid social media advertisements
- Producing engaging visual and video content for brand promotion
- Crafting compelling storytelling around projects, client experiences, and company values
- Monitoring performance metrics and refining strategies based on analytics
- Collaborating with industry professionals, influencers, and clients for content creation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Strong skills in content strategy and planning
- Experience with podcast production (scripting, recording, editing, hosting)
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
- Video production and editing skills
- Strong storytelling and communication abilities
- Understanding of the construction industry (an added advantage)
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
