Virgin Forest Energy Limited, a Nigerian downstream oil trading company, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Station Supervisor. The company specializes in the distribution of petroleum products including PMS, AGO (Diesel), DPK, and LPG across Nigeria.
Job Description
The Station Supervisor will report directly to the Station Manager and will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the filling station.
Key responsibilities

Overseeing the smooth daily operation of the filling station

Ensuring safety standards and statutory compliance at all times

Managing pump attendants and logistics officers for effective service delivery

Ensuring proper storage systems and maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels

Preparing and submitting daily operational reports

Conducting price monitoring, competition surveys, and product analysis

Managing customer service and relationship activities
-
Liaising with regulatory bodies such as NMDPRA, PEDAN, and other relevant agencies

Ensuring the profitability and operational efficiency of the station
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or a related discipline
-
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Filling Station Supervisor

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Honest, hardworking, passionate, and result-oriented
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets
