Job Description
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc is hiring a Store Clerk to support inventory management and ensure smooth store operations under supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming stock, ensuring proper labeling and storage
- Issuing stock to relevant departments to maintain operational flow
- Maintaining accurate records of stock movement and inventory levels
- Monitoring stock levels and initiating replenishment when necessary
- Ensuring cleanliness and proper organization of the store
- Complying with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 O’Level credits including English and Mathematics (not more than two sittings)
- OND qualification in a related field (strict requirement)
- At least 2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Physically fit for manual tasks
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work extended or irregular hours when required
