Job Description

Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc is hiring a Store Clerk to support inventory management and ensure smooth store operations under supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming stock, ensuring proper labeling and storage
  • Issuing stock to relevant departments to maintain operational flow
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock movement and inventory levels
  • Monitoring stock levels and initiating replenishment when necessary
  • Ensuring cleanliness and proper organization of the store
  • Complying with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 O’Level credits including English and Mathematics (not more than two sittings)
  • OND qualification in a related field (strict requirement)
  • At least 2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management
  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Physically fit for manual tasks
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work extended or irregular hours when required
