Job Description
The Store Officer will oversee the receipt, documentation, issuance, and monitoring of all raw materials, packaging items, consumables, and finished goods. The role ensures strict compliance with cGMP standards, inventory control procedures, and proper stock management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables with appropriate documentation.
- Maintain accurate stock records using ERP and update stock cards daily.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with monthly inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain good housekeeping and comply with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years proven experience in storekeeping, preferably in a pharmaceutical or FMCG company.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP inventory systems is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
