Job Description
The Restaurant Management Trainee will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of assigned restaurant outlets while ensuring compliance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The programme is designed to prepare future restaurant managers by providing practical exposure to restaurant operations, customer service, leadership, and business management.
Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Management Trainee, you will:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Support the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Help maintain operational efficiency and profitability.
- Support inventory management and food quality standards.
- Assist in supervising restaurant staff and daily activities.
- Contribute to achieving sales and operational targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s Degree or Upper Credit HND.
- Degree in Food Sciences or a related discipline.
- Passion for quality food and customer service.
- Demonstrable leadership potential.
- Culinary skills will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
