Job Description
PremiumHR Solution Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Teller / Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will provide frontline banking services by handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
The role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strict adherence to banking policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with banking procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Verify customer information and transaction details to prevent errors and fraud.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Support branch operations and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to internal controls and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Minimum of OND or NCE qualification only.
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must not be more than 28 years old.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
