Job Description
Book, confirm, and manage travel itineraries for corporate clients
Issue tickets, process refunds, and handle cancellations
Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly
Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers
Stay informed on industry trends, fares, and travel regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in ticketing and reservations
Age: 25 years and above
Proficient in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
