Job Description

KEDI Healthcare is seeking a proactive Training Officer to serve as a Channel Training Specialist, responsible for equipping distributors and service center owners with the knowledge and skills needed to improve business performance and sales effectiveness.

The successful candidate will simplify complex information into practical training sessions, develop learning materials, monitor training outcomes, and provide ongoing support to business partners through both virtual and physical training programmes.

Please note: This is not an HR or recruitment position.

Key Responsibilities

As a Training Officer, you will:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions for distributors, service center owners, and business partners.
  • Develop easy-to-understand training manuals, presentations, and learning materials.
  • Support the onboarding of newly established service centers.
  • Translate complex business information into practical learning content.
  • Monitor training effectiveness using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Travel occasionally to conduct on-site training and provide business support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve distributor performance and business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Marketing
    • Education
    • Mass Communication
    • Or any related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in public speaking or willingness to develop presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
  • Interest in training, sales, business development, or learning and development.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with little or no experience are encouraged to apply.
