1. Facility Manager
Job Summary
The Facility Manager will serve as the custodian of the company’s physical environment, ensuring that the cold room facility operates with high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and organization similar to hospitality-grade facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain hospitality-grade sanitation and ambience within the facility.
- Oversee technical operations and power management systems.
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance with facility regulations.
- Supervise vendors, artisans, and facility support staff.
- Maintain proper facility maintenance and operational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in facility management, specifically within hotels, upscale restaurants, or premium hospitality environments.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, aesthetics, and facility presentation.
- Ability to manage local vendors, artisans, and utility providers effectively.
- Basic understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, solar maintenance, and facility safety protocols.
- Must provide a guarantor (Chief Imam, Clergyman, or Local Government Chairman).
2. Cold Room Sales & Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Cold Room Sales & Operations Manager will oversee the business development, operational management, and customer relationships for the company’s cold room facility. The role involves managing inventory operations, driving sales, and ensuring efficient cold storage logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and customer acquisition for cold room services.
- Manage inventory accountability and operational processes.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and service delivery.
- Lead and coordinate staff operations and team activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and refrigeration standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in cold room management, food supply chain operations, or senior hospitality operations.
- Must be 30 years or older and married
- Familiarity with Osun State business terrain, especially Ile-Ife, Ede, Osogbo, and Ilesa.
- Experience using financial reporting, inventory, and analytics software.
- Strong negotiation skills and sales ability.
- Understanding of food supply chain logistics and refrigeration safety standards.
- Must provide a guarantor (Chief Imam, Clergyman, or Local Government Chairman).
