Job Description

Conduct structured virtual interviews via Zoom or Microsoft Teams

Ask behavioral and competency-based questions professionally

Assess candidate responses and maintain interview structure

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BSc required)

Background in Customer Service, Human Resources, Business, or related field

Strong understanding of customer service standards and expectations

Excellent verbal communication skills (clear, confident, professional)

Prior experience conducting interviews
