Job Description
International Humanity Foundation is seeking passionate and professional volunteers to join its Interview Team. As a Volunteer Interview Team Member, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective volunteers and applicants from around the world.
This role involves conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and supporting the organization’s recruitment process by identifying individuals who align with IHF’s mission, values, and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual interviews with international applicants via video or voice calls.
- Assess applicants using established evaluation criteria and recruitment guidelines.
- Review candidates’ skills, commitment levels, and suitability for volunteer opportunities.
- Prepare clear, objective interview reports and recommendations for the recruitment team.
- Support the smooth progression of candidates through the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment pipeline efficiency.
- Represent IHF professionally and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Promote the organization’s values through fair and unbiased assessment practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 0–10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
- Ability to evaluate candidates objectively and professionally.
- Reliable time management and ability to coordinate across different time zones.
- Experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Management, or related fields is an added advantage.
